Reason for Selling
More precisely: I can build these, and I have. What I do not have is distribution, or any appetite for the marketing grind that turns a finished product into a business. So it sits there working, and nobody uses it. I would rather it went to someone who already has the audience it needs than keep it as a portfolio piece.

Technical Implementation Effort
Next Development Phase:
The obvious next step is distribution, which is exactly the part I did not do. Two routes are open and neither needs a rewrite.

Sell it as a product. It is multi-tenant with Stripe already wired, so it can take paying accounts the day you point a domain at it. The wedge against Typeform is price predictability - a flat fee instead of per-response metering, which is the complaint that actually makes people leave.

Or use it yourself and keep it private. Agencies, research teams and recruiters run a lot of one-question-at-a-time forms and pay per seat for the privilege. Self-hosting removes that line from the budget permanently.

The code is small enough to read in an afternoon - five dependencies, one SQLite file, no build magic. Logic jumps, webhooks, file uploads and CSV export are each a contained piece of work rather than a refactor.
