About Lotpath — Lot Traceability & Recall Readiness
Lot-level traceability and recall readiness for food manufacturers.
What it is Lotpath records what went into every lot and where every lot went, then answers the two questions a recall turns on: given a bad ingredient lot, which finished lots and which customers are affected — and given a customer complaint, which ingredient lots could be responsible. Forward trace and backward trace, in seconds rather than a day of spreadsheets. Why it exists FSMA Rule 204 puts traceability recordkeeping obligations on companies handling foods on the FDA's Traceability List, with a compliance date in 2028. Most small and mid-size manufacturers currently keep this in spreadsheets and paper batch sheets, which works right up until the moment somebody asks for a trace in twenty-four hours. Try it before reading another word Live demo, no signup: https://lotpath.tekinworks.com — the login is demo@lotpath.app / demo1234. It is loaded with a real-shaped production book: ingredient lots, production runs, finished lots and shipments, so you can run a trace both directions and see a recall assembled from it. What the buyer gets Full source code, documentation, the seed script, and 30 days of email support for setup. The demo above is the product, not a cut-down version. What is not included No revenue, no customers, no traffic, no email list. No domain. You deploy to your own server and connect your own Stripe. Honest scope Lot and shipment data is entered or imported — no ERP or warehouse-system integration in this build, and that is the obvious first addition. It produces the traceability records and the trace itself; it is not a full QMS and does not replace HACCP documentation. No barcode scanning hardware integration. Single tenant per deployment.
Next step: <p>Deploy to your own server and Stripe account, register a domain, and pick one acquisition channel. Food-safety consultants and co-packer networks reach this buyer directly, and state food manufacturer associations publish member lists. Product-side, the obvious next builds are GS1 barcode and case label ingestion, label printing, supplier onboarding for inbound lots, and multi-facility rollups.</p>

What's included
Source code
Also included: full documentation, the seed script that builds the demo production book, and 30 days of email support for setup. Not included and worth stating plainly: no domain, no revenue, no customers, no traffic, no email list. I built a portfolio of vertical B2B tools and cannot take all of them to market myself — that is the honest reason this one is for sale.
Reason for selling
I build and sell vertical B2B SaaS outright - that is the business, not a side project I lost interest in. Lotpath is finished, deployed and documented. What it needs next is an owner who already knows food manufacturing, and that is not me: someone who has been through an FDA inspection or a mock recall will get further with it in a month than I would in a year.
