About Ask — One-Question-at-a-Time Form Builder
Typeform-style forms: one question per screen, published at a public URL.
A finished, working SaaS - not a prototype and not a template. WHAT IT IS A form builder in the Typeform style: one question on the screen at a time, keyboard-driven, with a progress bar. Build a form in the editor, publish it at a public URL, and watch responses arrive on a results dashboard with per-question breakdowns. Question types: short text, long text, multiple choice, rating, email, number, yes/no. Required-field logic and a thank-you screen. WHY IT EXISTS Typeform is the category leader and it is priced like one - the useful plans are metered by response, and small teams hit the ceiling fast. This does the part everyone actually uses. WHAT YOU GET Full source. Next.js 16 (App Router, server actions) + TypeScript. Multi-tenant accounts, working auth, Stripe checkout and billing already wired. Form editor, public form renderer, response storage, results dashboard. Seeded demo data so it looks alive the first minute. Deploy notes. It runs on an $8/month VPS - which is exactly where the demo below runs. STATE - read this part Live and working. No revenue and no users. I built it; I am not the right person to market it. The price reflects that honestly. You are buying finished code and a head start, not a customer base. TECH Next.js 16, TypeScript, SQLite (better-sqlite3), Stripe, Caddy. No paid dependencies. DEMO - fill in a real form first, no login and no signup https://ask.tekinworks.com/f/northwind-leather-survey Then log in and see where your answer landed: https://ask.tekinworks.com demo@ask.app / demo1234 Full source handover and a call to walk you through the codebase. I have other finished SaaS products listed here, and a six-product lot. If more than one is useful to you, ask me for a portfolio price.
Next step: <p>The obvious next step is distribution, which is exactly the part I did not do. Two routes are open and neither needs a rewrite.</p><p><br></p><p>Sell it as a product. It is multi-tenant with Stripe already wired, so it can take paying accounts the day you point a domain at it. The wedge against Typeform is price predictability - a flat fee instead of per-response metering, which is the complaint that actually makes people leave.</p><p><br></p><p>Or use it yourself and keep it private. Agencies, research teams and recruiters run a lot of one-question-at-a-time forms and pay per seat for the privilege. Self-hosting removes that line from the budget permanently.</p><p><br></p><p>The code is small enough to read in an afternoon - five dependencies, one SQLite file, no build magic. Logic jumps, webhooks, file uploads and CSV export are each a contained piece of work rather than a refactor.</p>

Reason for selling
More precisely: I can build these, and I have. What I do not have is distribution, or any appetite for the marketing grind that turns a finished product into a business. So it sits there working, and nobody uses it. I would rather it went to someone who already has the audience it needs than keep it as a portfolio piece.
