SnapLeads extracts business leads (emails, phones, socials) from 20 platforms, sold as a licensed desktop application with a full commercial backend behind it. This is not a single app — it's four working pieces: an Electron desktop extractor (Python/FastAPI core + React UI, NSIS installer, **348 commits**), a FastAPI licensing platform with admin and reseller dashboards (**269 commits**), a DuckDB-on-S3 search API deployed on Render, and a complete end-user documentation site.The licensing platform is the real asset: key generation, validation, activation/deactivation with activation limits, expiry management, revocation, per-plan feature gating, usage quotas and logging, team accounts with invites and shared leads, Dodo Payments webhook integration, and a reseller channel. Most acquirers of a small software product have to build this layer themselves; here it already runs.**Traction (verified in the live admin API today):** **50 licence keys issued, 48 active, 40 with at least one activation, 46 attached to named customers**, issued continuously every month from March to August 2026. Live storefront at getsnapleads.store with Google Analytics installed. Pricing: Starter $7/mo or $59/yr, Pro $19/mo or $169/yr, plus a limited free tier.**What transfers:** all four repositories, the getsnapleads.store domain (expires March 2027), the licensing database and customer list, the Render deployment, and the Dodo Payments product catalogue.**Traffic (GA4, last 90 days):** 398 users, 622 sessions, 242 engaged sessions, 38.9% engagement rate, 51s average engagement per user — and **76% of users (301) arrive from organic search**, so the domain carries its own acquisition channel rather than depending on paid or founder-led promotion. Documentation pages receive real traffic alongside the storefront. Screenshots available.**Revenue disclosure:** licences were sold and collected **manually via UPI**, so revenue is evidenced by bank/UPI records rather than a payment-processor dashboard. The Dodo Payments integration exists in the code and is wired up, but was not the sales channel to date. Do not read the admin dashboard's `revenue_usd` field as cash — it is a key-count × list-price calculation.**Honest disclosures:** the desktop app currently contains a `mockLicense` development fallback that should be removed before hardening. The search API is gated behind an API key and depends on iDrive S3 storage that the buyer must provision. Extraction from social platforms may conflict with those platforms' terms of service — a buyer should evaluate that for their market.- **Asset sale only.** No legal entity, employees, contracts or liabilities transfer. What transfers: source code, domain, deployment configuration, product/pricing configuration in the payment processor, and the customer/licence database where one exists.- **30 days of email support included** post-close, to hand over deployment and answer buyer questions.- **Hours per week:** answer "not formally tracked — built and maintained part-time across a portfolio of products over roughly 12 months; the product is not staffed and runs unattended between releases." Buyers accept this; an invented number is worse than none.- **Seller-provided proof available on request:** source access, live product walkthrough, payment-processor subscription screen (Alias Browser), licence-admin dashboard (SnapLeads). No bank records.
