About NoShowFill
Ranks your waitlist and writes the text to refill a no-show slot.
Title (69 chars): NoShowFill: Waitlist No-Show Filler MVP for Salons & Clinics, Pre-Revenue Tagline: When a client no-shows, NoShowFill ranks your waitlist and writes the text to refill the slot. Listing type: Starter business / pre-revenue SaaS MVP Revenue: $0. No paying customers, and no sales have ever been made. Traffic: Not tracked separately for this app. No verified visitor, sign-up or waitlist numbers are available. Asking price: $1,500 USD (estimate; see rationale below) -- Description Who it's for: small appointment-based businesses such as salons, barbers, spas, physio and chiro clinics, massage studios, pet groomers and home-service trades. The problem: a no-show or late cancellation leaves a paid slot empty. Most small shops have clients who would happily take an earlier spot, but nobody has time to work out who fits the slot and text them before it passes. What works today (a working front-end MVP): Business setup: services with prices and lengths, plus opening hours for each day. Bookings: day and week views, warnings for clashes and out-of-hours bookings, and buttons to mark a booking as a no-show or a late cancellation. Fill gaps: when a slot opens, the app ranks waitlist clients by whether their service fits the slot, whether they're free then, and how long they've waited. It then writes the offer text for you. Sending: "Copy text" puts the message on the clipboard, and "Text from my phone" opens the phone's own SMS app with the message filled in. Reminders: a queue of 48-hour and 2-hour reminders, with the reminder text already written. Dashboard with stats worked out from your own data, an example-data mode that is clearly labelled, and export of bookings and the waitlist to CSV plus a full backup file. It's mobile-friendly and has accessibility basics (a skip link, and focus moves to the heading when you change tabs). What is NOT built yet (be clear on this): No user accounts, logins or multiple users. All data is saved only in the visitor's own browser (localStorage), on that one device. No backend or database, and no syncing between devices. No automatic texting. Messages are sent by hand from the owner's phone, and Twilio or another SMS integration still has to be built. No billing or subscriptions. Checkout was never launched: there is no payment integration, and the setup offer was switched to "request by email". No integrations with booking platforms like Square, Fresha or Jane. No customers, no reviews and no revenue history. The screenshots use made-up EXAMPLE data, and the app labels it on screen. None of those names, numbers or dollar figures are real customers or results. What the buyer gets Full source code for the NoShowFill app (React + Vite), about 1,370 lines across 6 source files, plus its build config. The right to use the "NoShowFill" name. No trademark is registered. Screenshots and the write-up for marketing. 2 weeks of email handover support. Not included: No domain. NoShowFill has no domain of its own. It currently runs as a demo inside westbridgeindustrialinc.com, and that domain and the Westbridge brand are NOT for sale. The Westbridge logo, footer links and site tracker script. These are removed from the code before handover. No customer list or customer data, because none exists. Tech stack (verified from source) React 19 and Vite 8, built as a separate Vite app (vite.noshowfill.config.js, base path /apps/noshowfill/). Plain JavaScript (JSX) and hand-written CSS, with no UI framework. State lives in the browser's localStorage (key westbridge-noshowfill-v1), with CSV/backup export through Blob downloads and an sms: link for texting. Navigation uses hash routes, so it builds to static files. It is currently hosted as static files on Vercel. The app needs no server or paid services to run. An end-to-end test script and a screenshot script (Playwright) are in the repo. Monetization idea for the buyer (suggestion only, not tested) Add accounts, a hosted database and Twilio auto-texting, then sell it as a monthly subscription to salons and clinics, priced per location. Or offer it as a white-label add-on through booking-software resellers or agencies. These are ideas, not projections. No pricing has been validated with customers. Asking price rationale (estimate) Replacement cost: a freelancer would likely need about 40–60 hours to design and build an MVP like this front-end, with the ranking logic, reminders, exports, mobile layout and tests. At a typical USD 40–75/hr, that's roughly $1,600–$4,500. This is our estimate, not a quote. Discount: it is pre-revenue, front-end only, comes with no domain, and the buyer still has to build accounts, a backend, SMS and billing. Pre-revenue starter apps usually sell well below their build cost. Suggested ask: $1,500 USD. Reason for selling Westbridge Industrial Inc. builds many small business apps. We're selling NoShowFill as a ready-to-extend starter so we can focus on our core services, rather than running it ourselves.
