Listing type: Starter project / pre-revenue app MVP Revenue: $0. No paying customers, and no sales have ever been made. Traffic: Not tracked separately for this app. No verified visitor, sign-up or user numbers are available. Asking price: $2,500 USD (negotiable) Demo: None. No public demo is hosted for this app. Description Who it's for: Canadian resellers and side-hustlers who buy locally (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, garage sales) and resell on those sites or eBay. The problem: flippers lose money on bad buys, don't know their real profit per hour, and have no clean record of cash and e-Transfer sales at tax time. What works today (a working front-end MVP): Deal scorer: enter the asking price, your resale estimate, platform fees, driving distance, time and other costs. It works out net profit, ROI, profit per hour and a maximum offer, and gives a BUY, NEGOTIATE or PASS verdict plus a polite haggle message. One click adds a scored deal to inventory. Inventory: items by category, condition, source and platform, with listed and sold status, sale price, payment method (cash, e-Transfer, PayPal, eBay payout), fees, mileage and expenses. Dashboard: totals, profit by category and by platform, a tracker for the $30,000 GST/HST small-supplier threshold, and a note on eBay's reporting of sellers to the CRA. Tax export: a business-income summary laid out like the CRA T2125 form, an expense log and CSV downloads to hand to an accountant. Settings: every assumption (fee %, cost per km, resale % by condition) can be edited. Labelled [SAMPLE] data can be cleared in one click. Mobile-friendly. An end-to-end test script (Playwright) runs the full flow. What is NOT built yet (be clear on this): No user accounts, logins or multiple users. All data is saved only in the visitor's own browser (localStorage), on that one device. No backend or database, and no syncing between devices or team members. No live price comps. Resale value is the user's own estimate; there is a code stub where a comps source can be plugged in later. No bank, eBay or marketplace connections. Sales are entered by hand. Not tax advice. The T2125-style summary and GST/HST tracker are helpers for an accountant, not a filing tool. No public demo is hosted for this app. The buyer gets the source and runs it locally or on their own host. No billing or subscriptions, and no payment integration. No customers, no reviews and no revenue history. The screenshots use made-up EXAMPLE data, and the app labels it on screen. None of those names, numbers or dollar figures are real customers or results. What the buyer gets Full source code for the FlipBooks CA app (React + Vite), about 700 lines across 4 source files plus styles, its build config and an end-to-end test script. The right to use the "FlipBooks" name. No trademark is registered. Screenshots and this write-up for marketing. Not included: No domain. FlipBooks CA has no domain of its own. The Westbridge Industrial Inc. domain (westbridgeindustrialinc.com), brand and logo are NOT for sale. No customer list or customer data, because none exists. Tech stack (verified from source) React 19 and Vite 8. Plain JavaScript (JSX) and hand-written CSS, with no UI framework. State lives in the browser's localStorage. CSV files are made in the browser with Blob downloads. Builds to static files. It needs no server, API keys or paid services to run. An end-to-end test script (Playwright) runs the full flow. Monetization idea for the buyer (suggestion only, not tested) Freemium app for resellers: free deal scorer, paid inventory and tax export. Add live comps and receipt photos, then sell it as a yearly subscription before tax season. These are ideas, not projections. No pricing has been validated with customers. Asking price rationale (estimate) Replacement cost: a freelancer would likely need about 20–30 hours to design, build and test an MVP like this. At a typical USD 40–75/hr, that is roughly $800–$2,250. This is our estimate, not a quote. Discount: it is pre-revenue, front-end only, comes with no domain, and the buyer still has to build accounts, a backend and billing. Pre-revenue starter apps usually sell well below their build cost. Asking price: $2,500 USD, negotiable. Reason for selling Westbridge Industrial Inc. builds many small business apps. We're selling FlipBooks CA as a ready-to-extend starter so we can focus on our core services, rather than running it ourselves.
