Alias Browser is a desktop anti-detect browser for running unlimited isolated online identities — each profile with its own fingerprint, cookies, extensions, proxy and VPN. It is a real native application, not a Chrome-profile wrapper: Rust + Tauri desktop core (2.29 MB of Rust, 1.49 MB of TypeScript), a Next.js marketing/app frontend, and `alias-sync`, a NestJS cloud-sync server that customers can also self-host.Built continuously since May 2025 — **1,551 commits, 16 contributors**, last commit July 2026. Current build **v0.26.11** is distributed direct from aliasbrowser.com/downloads for every desktop target: universal macOS DMG, Windows setup .exe and portable ZIP, Linux amd64/arm64 .deb and .rpm (the CI/Tauri pipeline also produces AppImage).
