About Lume — Touchscreen Music Dashboard
Turn your spare touchscreen into a music and PC audio panel.
Turn your spare touchscreen into a dedicated panel for your music and PC audio. I built Lume because Spotify was awkward to use on my small HYTE screen: zooming in made the text readable, but pushed the controls out of view. I wanted something I could use with a finger while keeping my main screen for a game or browser. Lume brings Spotify playback controls, line-synchronised lyrics and an individual app mixer into one touch-friendly Windows interface. Pause or skip a track, follow the lyrics, then adjust one application's volume. Favourite apps stay at the top, unwanted entries can be hidden, and vertical scrolling is separated from volume dragging. The details are built around that setup: large controls, readable text, saved mixer preferences and an automatic return to the music page after 10 seconds of inactivity. A focus-preserving mode is designed to keep the main activity active. A clock, themes, a timer and two small games round it out. Physical touch and focus behaviour still depend on Windows and the screen driver. What is working and checked On 27 October 2026, the source archive was extracted into a fresh folder and rebuilt successfully on my PC. All 10 included automated test suites passed. A buyer validation pack is available with the reports, file hashes, rebuild instructions and a checklist for testing other setups. These checks use simulated media, audio and network responses, plus hidden UI tests; they are not an independent audit or a substitute for physical device testing. The listing images are app-rendered previews with fictional demo content. Lume is native C# / WPF for Windows x64 and .NET Framework 4.8. The portable application files total less than 1 MB, excluding Windows prerequisites. There is no embedded browser or hosted backend. The interface is currently French. This is a personal project developed with AI assistance, with no revenue or customer base claimed. What the sale includes Source code, build scripts, tests, the portable application, project-specific assets and documentation, together with the rights I can transfer. No domain, customer database or personal accounts are included. Third-party components keep their own licences; music, lyrics, album artwork and third-party brands are excluded. Lume is a working name, not a cleared or registered trademark. What comes next English localisation, testing on more PCs and touchscreens, and a polished, signed distribution package. Lyrics come from LRCLIB, availability varies by track, and commercial content permissions need review before a wider release. A phone-recorded demonstration on the actual screen is still to be added. I'm looking for someone who wants to take this focused Windows utility further. The asking price is $2,900, negotiable. The exact handover and any support arrangement can be agreed before a sale.
