I am selling this project because I feel that the project requires skills that I do not necessarily have and would like to see someone else take over. Specifically although the project is in a very good technical skills, I've no real skills applicable to marketing nor advertising and feel a project such as this would strongly benefit from somebody that can sell directly to businesses.
