Next step:

White-label it for an existing client base: a DevOps or MLOps consultancy can offer managed BYOC deployment as a service on day one, billing through the built-in Paddle credit system.

Lead with the MCP server: position it as the safe way to let Claude Code, Cursor and other agents deploy into a company's own AWS/Azure through a permissioned, reviewable, rollback-able layer instead of raw cloud keys. This is the strongest 2026 angle.

Go deep on one cloud: Azure Container Apps is underserved by Modal/Baseten/Replicate, and Azure shops have budgets. Add GPU support there and sell to Azure-first teams.

Light up the scaffolded providers (GCP Cloud Run, RunPod, Railway, Render) and re-enable cross-cloud migration; the deployer interfaces and UI hooks are already in place.

Enterprise hardening: SSO, SOC 2 prep, per-workspace RBAC. The audit log, 2FA and API-key scaffolding already exist.

Reason for selling
Coding agents plus cloud CLIs have commoditized the "repo to endpoint" step that was my wedge. What's left (the operating plane: logs, cost, canary releases, rollback, MCP access for agents) is valuable, but only to an owner who already has ML or DevOps clients to sell it into. A consultancy can white-label this on day one; a solo founder with no customer base can't, so I'd rather it go to someone who can use it.
