About SUBCONTRACTOR OPS HQ
Manage jobs, crews and project costs. Windows app + full source, outright sale.
Asking $3,900 USD - negotiable. One buyer acquires the existing software asset outright, as-is. Put contractor work and project costs in one place SUBCONTRACTOR OPS HQ is a local Windows application for small construction, renovation and maintenance workflows. It brings projects, contractor teams, job assignments, schedules, recorded labor and additional expenses into one compact browser interface served by a Windows executable. This offer is aimed at a technical buyer, software studio, vertical-software operator or company with its own technical capability. Use the existing workbench as a foundation for your own operation or adapt and rebrand the seller-owned application within the rights acquired. It is an existing software project, not an established subscription business or a promise of turnkey implementation. Practical examples A renovation coordinator assigns electricians and plumbers to jobs, checks deadlines and sees recorded costs against the project budget. A property-maintenance operator schedules service visits and reviews timed conflicts or possible same-day overloads. A software studio takes over an existing construction/field-service codebase instead of starting with empty screens. A business working in several countries keeps USD, CAD and EUR project figures separate. There is no invented exchange rate or combined mixed-currency total. One executed fictional USD fixture has a 10,000 budget, 50/hour project rate, six actual hours and 200 of materials: recorded actual cost is 500 USD and budget remaining is 9,500 USD. These are test data, not revenue or customer savings. What works today Projects and project details with budgets, status, dates, assigned teams and recorded financials. Contractor records with base-rate currency, explicit project rates and saved job rates that are not silently repriced. Jobs/tasks, status changes, estimated and actual hours, due dates and local-time scheduling. Calendar, timed-overlap warnings and clearly distinguished possible date-only workload overlaps. Expense creation and editing on the same record, financial recalculation and Activity Log. Ten local currency choices: CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, UAH, PLN, AUD, CHF, JPY and KWD. Workspace default affects new projects only. Minor-unit validation includes JPY and KWD; no FX conversion is provided. Four scoped report types, each downloadable as CSV, XLSX or PDF. Excel monetary cells are numeric and unlike currencies are not summed together. Administrator/Manager permissions, local authentication, activity history, SQLite integrity checks, online backup and restore into a new path. Light/dark operational interface. AI Analyst: locally calculated evidence, optional provider-connected interpretation, saved-result history, View result and PDF from a saved snapshot. Provider access is supplied and paid for by the buyer; live paid AI is not part of the verified v0.4.3 evidence. What the buyer receives after authorized closing Seller-owned application source and the agreed Git-history capture; the existing v0.4.3 portable Windows x64 build; frontend and backend project files; build/release scripts and dependency manifests; SQLite schema and migrations; automated tests and seller-run QA evidence; installation, backup/recovery and user/technical documentation; seller-owned UI/documentation materials; and permitted fictional demo fixtures and screenshots. Only the seller's transferable rights in its own materials are included, subject to the agreed purchase/IP-assignment terms. Third-party libraries, runtimes, icons and fonts retain their own licenses; exclusive ownership of those components is not offered. No domain, trademark clearance, customer list, proven revenue stream, paid API credit or distribution account is represented as included. Personal information, working/customer databases, personal accounts, passwords, API keys, tokens and other secrets are excluded. Account transfer is not part of this offer. Technology and evidence React, TypeScript and Vite frontend; Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy/Alembic and SQLite backend; openpyxl XLSX and ReportLab/DejaVu PDF exports; HTTPX-based optional AI adapters; PyInstaller portable Windows delivery. The executable serves the interface on loopback. Core local operation does not need a cloud subscription; optional AI sends selected facts only through the configured provider workflow. The recorded seller-run v0.4.3 acceptance includes 152 backend tests and 41 Playwright E2E cases passed on the development computer. The extracted Windows executable was also exercised for launch, roles, migration from v0.4.2, exact currency fixtures, exports, saved AI history, backup/restore and real process restart. This is dated acceptance evidence, not an independent certification or fresh test of a buyer's machine. Screenshots show fictional acceptance/demo data and multiple separate test fixtures. They are actual application captures, not interface mockups or customer adoption evidence. The saved AI...
