Additional macOS and iOS project archive materials are included in the proposed acquisition; their source/build inventory will be reviewed during technical review prior to transfer. DEAD Player is offered as a complete, one-time acquisition of the original project code and agreed transferable assets. It is suited to a technical buyer or development team that wants to take over, customize and develop its own media-player product. WINDOWS / ANDROID FEATURE SET • M3U playlists and Xtream-compatible provider integrations. • Live TV, movies, series, watch progress and episode navigation. • Android download and storage workflows using ordinary supported media files, including MP4 or MKV depending on the source and workflow. • Arabic and English interfaces, themes, and an Android TV interface. • Translucent Android player controls, a portrait volume popup and inline landscape volume control. INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION Original Windows and Android client source, shared project modules, licensing/update-service source, build scripts, documentation and selected redacted test evidence. The proposed handover also includes the project's macOS and iOS materials held in the owner's archive. The Windows/Android stack includes Kotlin, Compose and Gradle, with a TypeScript licensing backend. The exact source/build inventory, asset schedule and any cloud migration, branding or signing arrangements will be agreed before transfer. Third-party components remain under their original licenses. EVALUATION STATUS A signed Android 0.8.35-pro ARM64 evaluation build and a source-built Windows 0.8.33 evaluation build are available. The 36-second clean demonstration includes actual Windows channel-list scrolling and a continuous player-UI recording, plus Android UI stills from an Android 16 QA emulator. It uses a separate public sample catalogue. The displayed module paths and interface excerpt come from the actual project. The Windows evaluation executable has no Authenticode signature. Version-specific test coverage and known-issue notes are available during technical review. Tested on Windows PC and physical Android hardware (OnePlus 10 Pro), alongside Android 16 emulator QA. macOS and iOS archive builds have simulator/emulator testing only; physical Apple-device and Android TV hardware validation remains pending. The current video showcases Windows and Android. The Apple-platform archive will be inventoried during technical review prior to transfer. Commercial & platform extensibility Because provider integrations, playback abstractions and the TypeScript licensing/update backend are separated into modular layers, a technical buyer can adapt the codebase into multiple commercial models: Dedicated OTT / VOD Platform Frontend: Bind the provider layer to a proprietary backend API or CMS (instead of user-supplied playlists) to launch a standalone branded streaming platform for a content network, media brand or ISP. Commercial Licensed Player SaaS: Build on the included licensing, trial and update-service source to operate a paid device-activation or subscription player business. White-Label B2B Client Suite: Customize branding, themes and package configurations across the shared Kotlin modules to deliver tailored desktop and mobile streaming apps for B2B clients.
