Offline billing, stock and customer ledger for small shops. Windows + Android.
Shop Records is a self-contained billing, stock and customer-ledger app for small shops. It runs fully offline: no server, no subscription, no internet needed, and the shop's data stays in one plain JSON file on its own machine. What it does: invoices with per-line quantity, unit price, discount, tax rate and payment mode, with automatic subtotal, tax, paid and remaining-due totals; customer accounts with a running paid-versus-owed balance; and a product and stock list with units and prices that you reuse on every invoice. It ships as a Windows desktop build (Electron, installer v1.4.1) and an Android build (APK), both from a single HTML source file, so a buyer can extend it without untangling a framework. A licence-check mechanism and a companion phone-access feature are already wired in. Why it is built this way: shops in my area lose sales records to spreadsheet errors and cloud tools that need reliable internet. Everything here is local, fast and understandable to a non-technical owner. What you get: the full source (one 94 KB HTML file), the Electron packaging setup, the installer script, the Android build, and a README covering how to run it, where the data file lives and how to reset it empty. The app is versioned 1.2.0 to 1.3.0 to 1.4.1, with four Windows installers and one APK on disk as evidence. Revenue is $0 and there is no domain, hosting account or social page to transfer; you are buying the code and the app itself. It is in real daily use by one shop, which is why the invoice flow holds up. The first buyer gets 14 days of bug-fix help by email from delivery. I can record a short walkthrough of raising an invoice end to end on request.
Project details
Next step: <p>The app already solves billing for one working shop, and the same need exists in every small retailer nearby. Straight next steps: sell direct installs at $40-80 each, add PDF or printable invoice templates, multi-currency, localisation into Urdu or Arabic (the UI is a single HTML file, so translating it is text replacement rather than a rebuild), low-stock alerts, and an optional backup-to-cloud toggle. The phone-access mechanism is already built, so a mobile view of the ledger is partway there. Because there is no server, no hosting bill and no third-party API, the margin on each additional install is close to 100%, and the licence-check file gives an easy way to price tiers.</p>

What's included
Source code, All related design work
Included alongside the code: the Windows packaging setup and installer script, the Android build, and a README covering how to run the app, where the data file lives and how to reset it empty. Fourteen days of bug-fix help by email from delivery, and I can record a short walkthrough of raising an invoice end to end. Important: the data file is delivered empty or with fake demo records only. The shop currently using it keeps its own records - they are not part of this sale.
Reason for selling
I am busy with other things and no longer have time to maintain this project.
