My Linguistic Portfolio — Digital Language Portfolio for Schools - Sell Project

My Linguistic Portfolio is a self-hosted web platform that lets language teachers run the European Language Portfolio model digitally. Teachers create groups and invite students with a code — students do not need an email address. Each student builds a portfolio with four sections: Home, Language Passport (languages, CEFR self-assessment, certificates), Language Biography (history, goals and a can-do checklist) and Dossier (evidence of work). Students upload evidence — PDF, images, audio or video — with a short guided reflection. Teachers review each piece, return it with comments, accept it, and grade with configurable rubrics. Progress is shown per student and per group. A built-in design studio lets students personalise their portfolio using server-validated templates, palettes, fonts and stickers. Privacy is a core design choice. Portfolios are private by default. Publishing requires a student request, recorded authorisation, teacher approval and accepted evidence only. The public page is a frozen snapshot that exposes no names, IDs or school data and can be withdrawn. Public publishing and search indexing are switched off by default. The code is a clean TypeScript monorepo: Express 5 API, React 19 front end and PostgreSQL, shipped as a single non-root Docker image with health check. The repository includes an automated test suite: 93 API test cases (Vitest + Supertest against PostgreSQL) and a Playwright end-to-end flow run on desktop and mobile. The 14 October 2026 status report recorded 84/84 API tests passing; the suite has since grown and was not re-run for this listing. The product is currently a pilot for English in Spanish secondary education (4th ESO). No revenue or customer base is claimed. No student data is included in the handover. Known limitations: the first template is for English in 4th ESO; transactional emails and LMS integration are not included; each group supports one teacher; password recovery is handled by the teacher or administrator. Rate limiting is in memory and intended for a single instance. The personal-data detector is an aid, not a complete filter. The buyer is responsible for assessing applicable child-data and privacy obligations (including GDPR/LOPDGDD) before production use. Teachers, schools or operators deploying it must adapt it to their own educational context and remain responsible for data-protection obligations concerning minors. SideProjectors non-exclusive licence guidance: EUR 750 + VAT. A separate direct commercial licence package is EUR 1,500 + VAT, with optional maintenance at EUR 79/month. Full acquisition and transfer of the mylinguisticportfolio.es domain can be discussed separately and agreed in writing. Licence tiers: the SideProjectors licence (EUR 750 + VAT) covers the source code so the buyer can deploy and operate its own installation (for its own school, academy or users). It does not include the right to resell, sublicense or redistribute the software, or installations of it, to other businesses. The direct offer (EUR 1,500 + VAT) adds the right to deliver branded installations to the buyer's own business clients (for example language academies or educational software companies), deployment and branding carried out by the seller, and priority support; optional maintenance is EUR 79/month.
