About Gaudí Mosaic
Browser app for creating Gaudí-style broken-tile (trencadís) mosaics
Gaudí Mosaic (gaudimosaic.art) lets anyone break virtual ceramic tiles and compose a trencadís mosaic in the browser — the broken-tile technique Antoni Gaudí used across Barcelona. Built for the 2026 centenary of his death. Pick a tile, break it (three fracture algorithms, adjustable grain), drag the fragments onto the canvas, optionally over one of six Gaudí silhouettes used as a guide. Layers, free rotation, zoom and pan, grout, PNG export, and a photo-to-mosaic mode. It ships with an interactive Gaudí biography and educational content in Catalan, English and Japanese. Installable as an app. Tech: 10,500 lines of vanilla HTML/CSS/JS with ES modules. No framework, no build step, zero frontend dependencies. Two Netlify serverless functions handle the Gumroad webhook for the paid 4K export. Auto-deploys from GitHub. Textures are WebP, 10.4 MB total. No tests. Code and comments are in Catalan; the UI is fully internationalised. Honest numbers: 0 active users, $0 revenue (one test purchase, mine), 165 Google impressions and 10 clicks in the last 28 days (977 and 37 since launch in March 2026; Search Console, data to 29 Oct 2026), 6 active users and 11 sessions in the last 28 days in GA4 (24 users since launch; GA4 loads only after cookie consent, so it undercounts), 8 Bluesky followers. I never marketed it. I like building and dislike promoting, which is exactly why I'm selling. Running costs: at current traffic the site fits Netlify's free tier, which includes the serverless functions and blob storage, so the only recurring cost is the domain, about $21 a year. What you get: the full source code (private repo, transferred with exclusive rights), the domain gaudimosaic.art (paid until March 2027), the Netlify site, the Search Console property, 37 ceramic textures plus the 12 unused ones from the same batch, 14 high-resolution sample posters, setup and rights documentation, and 30 days of email support for the handover. Two things you should know. The textures were generated with Midjourney; I have the prompt and Job ID for every image, transfer is allowed by Midjourney's terms, but purely AI-generated images are very likely not copyrightable, so I can't warrant exclusivity. I share the full rights note with interested buyers. And Gumroad accounts can't be transferred — you create your own product and change two constants, or switch paid export off with one flag. Both are documented. Who it's for: someone with distribution in education, cultural tourism, museum shops or mosaic workshops. I haven't found another trencadís generator online, and a search for one currently returns this app first. Schools across Catalonia run Gaudí projects every year with paper and paint. The audience exists; nobody has been told this app does. Price: open to offers.

Next step: <p>Put it in front of the audience that already exists: schools in Catalonia run Gaudí and trencadís projects every year with paper and paint; Gaudí attractions, museum shops and mosaic workshops sell to the same visitors. White-label it (one palette and the silhouettes are easy to extend), add Spanish, bundle it with workshops or a shop product, or use the 4K export as a paid souvenir. The code is small and dependency-free, so a solo developer can maintain it.</p>

Reason for selling
I like building and dislike promoting. The product is finished; what it needs now is someone who already has the audience it was built for.
