CRM Tattoo Multi-Studio - Sell Project

A self-hosted, multi-studio CRM for tattoo and piercing businesses. One installation serves many studios, each with isolated data, its own management app and its own public website (on a platform subdomain or the studio's own domain, with 8 website designs to choose from). The management app covers appointments, customers, cash desk, artist commissions, digital consent forms, invoicing and studio customisation, with role-based access (administrator, manager, artist/piercer/guest). The platform operator gets a panel to manage studios, trials, payment status, extensions, suspension and custom domains. Interface, public websites and consent forms are available in Spanish, English, Italian and German. Technology: Python 3.12, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2 and PostgreSQL; React 18 + TypeScript + Vite. Deployment as a single Docker image (PostgreSQL, API and Nginx in one container with a persistent /data volume) or as a three-service Docker Compose setup. The repository includes a pytest test suite for the API (not re-run for this listing). Optional integrations require the buyer's own accounts and configuration: Stripe (monthly studio subscriptions; without Stripe, studios are activated manually), SMTP email, Evolution API (WhatsApp) and VERIFACTU invoicing records for Spain (records, hashes, QR and XML are implemented, but submission to the Spanish tax agency has not been tested in its test environment). Known limitations: consent PDFs, which can contain health information, are stored unencrypted in the media volume, so the server and backups must be protected and encrypted storage should be added before production use with real customer data. Anti-spam limits are held in memory (single API replica). There are no Alembic migrations; the schema is completed idempotently at start-up. Legal texts and FAQs must be supplied by each studio. The project is offered as a non-exclusive commercial software licence. The buyer receives the source code, deployment materials and agreed handover support to operate, customise and further develop their own instance. The underlying intellectual property is not transferred exclusively. The application shares a reusable technical core with the seller's clinic-management product (CRM Estética y Láser); the seller retains the right to continue using and licensing that shared core, and the exact scope of rights must be defined in the written licence agreement. No third-party studio brand, logo, customer database or personal data is included; the demo uses fictitious sample studios. The domain and branding are not included unless separately agreed in writing. Any demonstration environment is provided for evaluation only and is not a promise of domain transfer or ongoing hosting. The project is pre-revenue. Indicative SideProjectors licence price: EUR 990 + applicable VAT. A separate direct white-label offer is EUR 1,900 + VAT and is distinct from this listing. Final licence scope, deployment and handover are agreed with the buyer. Licence tiers: the SideProjectors licence (EUR 990 + VAT) covers the source code so the buyer can deploy and operate its own platform (including charging its own studios), with the agreed handover support. It does not include the right to resell, sublicense or redistribute the software, or installations of it, to other businesses. The direct white-label offer (EUR 1,900 + VAT) adds the right to deliver branded installations to the buyer's own business clients (for example as a tattoo supply distributor, platform or school), deployment and branding carried out by the seller, and priority support; optional maintenance is EUR 99/month.
