Sip Journal – Coffee Tasting App - Sell Project

Sip Journal is a finished, live Android app for coffee lovers who want to remember every cup: name what you taste on a 93-note flavour wheel, rate it, link the beans and brew recipe, and see every café on your own map. It has been on Google Play since 14 September 2026 as "Sip Journal: Coffee Tasting", with a matching website. What you get The app: full Flutter source (Dart 3, Riverpod 3, gorouter), about 480 unit, widget and golden tests, CI on GitHub Actions, light and dark themes. The Google Play app (com.mtgtechnical.sipjournal), moved to your developer account with Play's app transfer, with its store listing, icon, feature graphic and screenshots. The backend: Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, App Check) with separate dev and prod projects, and Firestore security rules with their own test suite (96 tests). Everything runs on free tiers. The content: the Bean Finder catalogue of 44 specialty coffees (18 of them green coffee lots), 8 brew guides and the flavour wheel data. The website (static, on Vercel): landing page, an interactive coffee flavour wheel, a how-to-taste guide, brew guides for 8 methods, a free web tasting journal that makes shareable tasting cards, and the privacy policy and account deletion pages Play requires. Brand and design: logo, launcher icon, splash animation, design files for every screen, social post templates. Features Tasting journal: flavour wheel (9 families, 93 notes), star rating, photo, notes, drafts and search. Places: search for a café, pick one nearby, use your location, drop a pin or choose Home; every tasting on a map (Google Maps styled to the app's light and dark themes; places from OpenStreetMap). Beans: roaster, origin, variety, process, roast level and tasting notes; green coffee with seller, crop year, grade, moisture and density. Bean Finder: search and filter the catalogue, save any coffee, community star ratings. Brew recipes for V60, AeroPress, Chemex, espresso, French press, cold brew and more (dose, water, temperature, grind, times, ratio, TDS, extraction yield), starting from a brew guide. Gear: brewers, grinders and other equipment, drawn with a custom icon set or your own photo. Share a tasting or a bean as an image card. Email and Google sign-in, email verification, full account deletion, grams or ounces, °C or °F. Honest numbers Launched 14 September 2026 with no paid marketing: 13 downloads, 10 accounts, no revenue, no ads. The product is finished and polished; distribution is what it needs. Running costs are effectively zero. Room to grow Affiliate "buy again" links on beans, a premium tier (stats, export), roaster and café partnerships, an iOS version from the same Flutter code, and search traffic to the website's guides.
