About Edge & Odds

Casino odds, rules and training app: 18 games, 6 languages, works offline.

Edge & Odds is a finished, ready-to-publish study and reference app for casino table games. You enter the cards between hands, and it shows the exact odds, the rules and the best play. It is built as a web app and comes with a ready-to-build Capacitor project for iOS and Android. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking and no server costs, and it works offline. What it includes 18 games:Poker: Texas Hold’em, Omaha Hold’em, Omaha Hi-Lo, Seven-Card Stud, Razz, Five-Card Draw Poker against the house: Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Texas Hold’em Bonus, Three Card Poker, Four Card Poker, Caribbean Stud, Let It Ride, Pai Gow Poker, Video Poker Card games: Blackjack, Baccarat, Red Dog Dice games: Sic Bo Exact calculations: win chances and the average result of each choice (fold, play, raise and so on) for every game. Rules, Strategy and Training: every game has all three, with practice questions that check your answers and keep score. Saved rounds and Round statistics: keep your cards, the table cards and the win chance, with charts of your results. Reference tools: hand rankings, pair rankings, odds and house-edge tables, and a session tracker with buy-in, stop-loss and win goal. Six languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Greek and Chinese (Simplified). Design: dark and light themes, a spinning roulette wheel background with falling chips, and a custom logo loading screen.

Project details

Next step: The app is finished and ready to publish. The next owner can:<ol><li data-list="ordered">Build it with Capacitor and publish it to the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store listing, privacy policy and build steps are included.</li><li data-list="ordered">Add a paid plan, such as a subscription or one-time unlock, which would need a payment service and a simple server. This is not built yet.</li><li data-list="ordered">Have a native speaker review the non-English translations, then add more languages.</li><li data-list="ordered">Add more games, for example roulette tools, Casino War or Spanish 21, using the same structure.</li><li data-list="ordered">Grow it with a small website, search-friendly pages for each game and short videos showing the odds.</li></ol>

The website version, the Capacitor project for iOS and Android with icons and splash images, a ready-written store listing and privacy policy, a README with build steps, and the six translations (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Greek, Chinese). All rights I hold in the code, art and text are transferred.

Reason for selling

I am no longer interested in working on this project and hope someone else finds it more interesting than I do.
