The buyer will receive the existing software project for further development and commercial validation. The website, domain name (tzptracker.com.br), and associated business email may be negotiated separately. Personal health records, customer data, and the independent TZP Organizer project are explicitly excluded. The transfer of intellectual property rights will be defined in the final purchase agreement, subject to applicable third-party licenses.
Reason for selling
I have decided to focus my time and resources on other projects. TZP Tracker has an existing Android codebase and development documentation, and I would like to find a buyer who can complete the remaining technical validation, launch the application, and explore its commercial potential.
