About DeskBub
A free desktop dog, or a companion made from your pet photo.
DeskBub brings an animated pet to your Windows or Mac desktop. Kaka, the included desktop dog, is free to download and use without an account or payment. Choose from five Kaka actions and adjust the pet’s size and opacity. You can also create a companion from a photo of your own pet with a one-time paid plan. Basic costs $2.99 for one photo, one generation and one default animation. Plus costs $9.99, supports up to five photos and eight generations, and lets you keep up to five final animations. Pair your completed pet with the desktop app using your pairing code. The website includes original pet photos, animation comparisons and a real Windows desktop demo.
