Compare AIs - Sell Project

I am looking for a buyer to take Compare AIs forward. Compare AIs has working Windows beta38 and Android beta9 evaluation builds. It lets you compare several AI answers and a combined response, inspect included document passages, save useful comparisons, and continue a question using selected earlier answers and context. The applications include searchable saved work, parent and sibling conversation branches, selected-context follow-ups, and exports. Local source-reference, quotation and simple-equation checks help flag items for human review; they do not verify external facts or establish that an AI answer is correct. Windows and Android have local libraries and portable backups. An explicit same-Wi-Fi workflow copies saved comparisons between phone and PC; it does not transfer original attachment bytes, keys, drafts or account settings. Physical phone-to-PC acceptance remains pending. Android is not at full Windows parity. It can read DOCX, XLSX and text; PDF embedded-text reading requires Android 15 or later. There is no Android OCR or spreadsheet recalculation. I developed the software personally in the UK with extensive AI assistance. There is no revenue and there have been no external users. No hosted product service, product website, cloud sync or app-store release has launched. The current live route uses OpenRouter free models, subject to provider availability. Software checks and fictional demonstrations do not establish live AI accuracy. The public overview describes the preserved beta38/beta9 evaluation baseline and its documented test evidence. Commercial acceptance work remains, including physical Wi-Fi and OEM/minimum-version device checks, accessibility, Windows DPI and separate-PC acceptance, clipboard readback, independent security review and commercial signing. Evaluation builds are unsigned or development-signed. Proposed acquisition scope I am open to an upfront purchase of the seller-owned application assets and a bounded handover, with any further consideration subject to agreement. A buyer could evaluate the Windows and Android applications, their comparison and source-inspection workflow, authored source, rebuild instructions and relevant handover records. This is an invitation to discuss an asset purchase. The final asset list, price, any exclusivity, support scope, source evaluation, licence position and transfer terms must be agreed in writing. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. No transaction, assignment or source-access right is created by this listing. Exclusions and private evaluation Personal accounts and profiles, personal Admin materials, credentials, provider keys and pairing material are excluded. No private source, installers, executables, APKs, private packages or confidential handover material will be uploaded publicly. Any later private evaluation requires a qualified counterparty and agreed confidentiality and access terms.
