ASCEND is a real-life gamification web app that turns your daily tasks into a game. Users create their own tasks across three tiers (Very Important, Important, Normal), complete them to earn up to 125 XP per day, and that effort unlocks one hour of guilt-free entertainment - discipline converted into reward A one-time honesty pledge and a daily board that resets at local midnight keep it real: no predefined tasks, no shortcuts. The app includes a level progression system, streak-based leaderboard, anime/movie/K-drama watchlist with bundled catalog, custom playlists with user-uploaded covers, and a private "Daily Life" section for mood tracking, habits, and distraction summaries. Profiles are customizable with avatar uploads and banner galleries, and the interface has restrained 3D touches — a cinematic hero on login, 3D depth on the dashboard - over a calm black-and-gold design. The business model is freemium with integrity: the full core is free forever, with no ads, ever. Premium (R49/month, 7299/year) adds comfort features like deep analytics, themes, and vanity perks — it never buys XP, streaks, or leaderboard advantage.
