Complete healthcare platform (doctor booking + telemedicine), full IP for sale

I built TryDoc, a complete healthcare platform, and I am selling 100% of it: code, IP and brand. What it does • Patients: find doctors by specialty or symptom, book video or in-person visits, pay online (Razorpay / UPI / wallet), consult, get digital prescriptions, keep health records • Doctors: mobile app and web portal with live patient queue, schedule, consultation notes, prescriptions, earnings • Hospitals: multiple branches, doctor roster, walk-ins, wards and beds, billing with GST, inventory, staff • Admin: approvals, payments, refunds, user roles, audit logs, support desk Tech: Next.js + React (web), React Native / Expo (two mobile apps), Node.js + Express + PostgreSQL (backend), about 100 backend test files. Honest status: pre-revenue, no paying customers. Lab and pharmacy modules are built but switched off. Mobile apps are not yet in the app stores. Next step: • Launch it as a branded platform for a hospital group or clinic chain• Switch on the lab-test and pharmacy modules, which are already built but disabled by default• Publish the two React Native apps to Google Play and the App Store• Add SMS, a managed video provider and other payment gateways to serve markets outside India

What the buyer gets: • Full source code of all four codebases, with git history: the Next.js web app (patient, doctor, hospital, lab-centre, pharmacy and admin portals); the patient mobile app (React Native / Expo); the doctor mobile app (React Native / Expo); and the Node.js / Express backend with the PostgreSQL (Prisma) schema and migrations • All intellectual property rights in the code, plus the TryDoc name and brand assets • Transfer of the hosting setup (Vercel / database), or a fresh deployment set up for the buyer • Documentation: a detailed README per codebase, plus the marketing assets • About 100 backend automated test files • Handover support, with the length to be agreed with the buyer Demo logins and a code walkthrough are available to serious buyers under NDA.

Reason for selling

I built TryDoc solo and would rather realise the value of the build now than fund a long go-to-market myself. It suits a buyer who already has the sales and operational reach in healthcare to take it forward.
