About MedPrüf: Austrian Medical Exam Prep
Live Austrian exam-prep platform with verified revenue and paying members.
MedPrüf (medpruf.com) is a live practice platform for foreign-trained doctors preparing for the Austrian recognition path: the Vienna exams SIP4a and SIP5a at MedUni Wien, the Stichprobentest of the Nostrifizierung (Innsbruck, Vienna, Graz) and Pharmakologie. Product: 10,624 active questions, German explanations translated on demand into seven languages (Russian, Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Ukrainian, Serbian; machine translation, not yet human-reviewed), a study plan from the exam date, a timed exam simulation, an in-app AI Mentor, offline mode, admin tools and automated payment-to-access through Whop. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Vercel. Revenue: verified live through the Whop API at trustmrr.com/startup/medpruf (24 Oct 2026: USD 653 all-time, USD 266 in the last 30 days, MRR USD 215, 10 active subscriptions). Pricing since 21 Oct 2026: monthly plan EUR 24, Sitting Pass EUR 59 (one payment, up to 3 months), Guarantee Ticket EUR 179 (12 months). Users: about 200 accounts, 32 of them answered questions in the last 30 days. Acquisition so far: Telegram study groups on the Austrian exam path, exam-path guides in German and English, and recognition counselling offices. What transfers: code, the medpruf.com domain, brand, a MedPrüf-only data export into the buyer's own database, the Whop company with its memberships (Owner role transfer; the buyer completes its own verification), Telegram bot and channel, documentation, 30 days of handover. The software, tagging, study plans and calendar are first-party. Content is third-party and community-compiled, with no transfer or exclusivity warranty; source detail under NDA. Small and early: paying members since July 2026. Best fit: an exam-prep, recognition or recruiting operator that already serves this audience. The payment route is agreed in the letter of intent: bank transfer to the seller's own-name account or a marketplace escrow that pays out to Egypt.

Next step: <p>Potential avenues include pairing the software with the buyer's own licensed teaching content, integrating it into existing medical-preparation courses, educator partnerships, Austria-focused search content and measured onboarding/checkout improvements. Start by validating content rights and accuracy, defining the target exam audience and migrating into buyer-owned infrastructure. These are opportunities to test, not revenue forecasts. A repeatable acquisition channel has not been established. Custom content production, integrations and new development require a separate agreement.</p>

Reason for selling
I am selling MedPrüf to focus on other business commitments. I am looking for a buyer who can take ownership of the software, curate a rights-cleared content library and develop distribution. The sale scope and transition support will be agreed in writing.
