The existing architecture can be further customized for different countries, currencies and business models. The buyer can also expand the employment marketplace, payment integrations, delivery services, promotional features and administrative capabilities. The foundation is already developed, allowing the buyer to focus primarily on deployment, customer acquisition, partnerships, localization and commercial growth rather than building the platform from scratch.

The sale includes the complete CompraYa software project, including the Flutter mobile application, Firebase backend and Cloud Functions, administrative panel, source code, project assets, database structure, Firestore rules and indexes, and technical configuration files required for the buyer to continue development and deployment. The buyer will receive the clean source-code delivery package and relevant project documentation. Third-party accounts, personal accounts, private credentials, payment credentials and seller-owned infrastructure accounts are not included and would be transferred or reconfigured separately where applicable.

Reason for selling

The project has reached a functional development stage, and I am looking for a buyer who can dedicate the necessary resources to take CompraYa into its next commercial stage. I am moving on to other projects and would prefer to transfer the platform to someone who can continue developing and commercializing it.
