About Traccia Rossa: Italian Ferrari F1 fan app
An unofficial Italian app for Ferrari fans: news, results, etc. live on the app
Traccia Rossa is a polished fan app for Italian-speaking Ferrari supporters. It updates itself: no admin work, no content to write by hand. What it does: News: headlines from four major Italian outlets (Gazzetta dello Sport, Corriere dello Sport, Motorsport.com Italia, FormulaPassion), grouped by story, linking to the original article. Each story gets an original cover drawn by the app, with no third-party photos. Race: latest Grand Prix results, podium, grid-to-flag chart, finishing gaps, and a race summary generated from the official results. Drivers: Leclerc and Hamilton’s season race by race, with head-to-head stats. Calendar: countdown, session times in Italian time, weather at the circuit, where to watch on Italian TV, circuit history, session reminders and “add to calendar”. Championship: title-fight maths with a next-race simulator, standings, team pace charts. Extras: an SF-26 technical section, two mini-games (pit-stop reaction challenge, circuit quiz) and an Android home-screen widget. Built to run on autopilot: Data refreshes every 10 minutes from public sources. Every Monday a GitHub Action rebuilds the Android app with fresh data and checks that results, news feeds and the live site all work. If something needs a human, it opens a GitHub issue that emails the owner. Ready to publish: Google Play guide written step by step, store texts, privacy policy and data-safety answers. Original logo, icons and store graphics. AdMob banner already integrated (top-anchored, with the EU consent form) and switched off until you add your AdMob IDs. Tech stack: React 18, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS; Android app with Capacitor 8 (native widget, local notifications); serverless functions on Vercel; data from the Jolpica F1 API, RSS feeds and Open-Meteo; 155 automated tests; GitHub Actions CI. Running costs: $0/month today (Vercel Hobby plan, free APIs). Numbers: no users and no revenue yet. Not published on Google Play. Please note (full transparency): The app’s interface and documentation are in Italian. It’s an unofficial fan app. Ferrari, Formula 1 and related names are their owners’ trademarks and are used only to describe the content. Jolpica F1 data is licensed for non-commercial use (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0): ads or other revenue need their written permission. Written consent from the news outlets hasn’t been requested yet. No custom domain: the demo runs on a vercel.app address. Developed with the help of AI coding tools. Reason for selling It started as a passion project. I don’t have the time to publish it on Google Play and keep it going, so I’d rather hand it to someone who will. Growth ideas Publish on Google Play using the included guide, then turn on AdMob once the data permissions are in place. Spin-off apps for other teams: the name was designed as a family, for example “Traccia Argento” for Mercedes and “Traccia Arancio” for McLaren. Push notifications for results, or an iOS version (Capacitor supports it, with some extra work).

Reason for selling
It started as a passion project. It’s finished and runs by itself, but I don’t have the time to publish it on Google Play, promote it and grow an audience. I’d rather hand it to someone who will.
