What's Included
Domain name, Source code, All related data, Email account, All related design work
The sale includes the complete TexStylus software asset and its supporting technical materials. This includes the production application, backend services, real-time collaboration infrastructure, LaTeX compilation services, PDF/document extraction pipeline, AI gateway and integrations, database and storage configuration, Docker/Compose deployment configuration, CI/CD configuration, documentation, architecture information, operational/deployment documentation, and associated product assets. A reasonable handover period can be included to help the buyer understand the architecture, deployment, and operation of the system. Production secrets and credentials would be transferred or regenerated securely as part of the acquisition rather than being included in the public listing.
Reason for Selling
I built TexStylus as a serious software and technology project, but I am not looking to operate it as a long-term SaaS business. Rather than continuing to build and market the product independently, I would prefer to transfer the completed technology to a buyer who has the resources, distribution, or strategic fit to take it further. The project has reached a point where I believe it can provide substantially more value in the hands of an existing software company, developer-tool company, education/research platform, or entrepreneur than it would by remaining an independently operated side project.

Technical Implementation Effort
Next Development Phase:
There are several directions a buyer could take TexStylus.

The most direct opportunity is to develop it into a collaborative academic and technical writing platform, targeting researchers, students, universities, laboratories, and technical teams.

A buyer with an existing developer or education product could also integrate the collaborative editor, LaTeX compilation, document history, PDF extraction, or AI capabilities into an existing platform rather than building those systems from scratch.

The PDF extraction technology could potentially be developed further into a standalone document-conversion or document-processing capability.

The AI layer provides another expansion path through contextual document assistance, LaTeX generation and correction, writing assistance, and integrations with different model providers.

The existing architecture also provides a foundation for additional integrations, commercial plans, self-hosted deployments, institutional deployments, and enterprise-oriented document workflows.

The primary opportunity, however, is that the buyer is acquiring a substantial working technology foundation rather than starting development from scratch.
