A buyer could introduce monthly or annual subscriptions, add Stripe billing and user registration, migrate the current file-based storage to a production database such as PostgreSQL, and begin acquiring UK tradespeople as customers.</p><p>Further opportunities include mobile apps, automated quote/invoice reminders, online payments, accounting integrations, SMS/email notifications, team accounts, job scheduling, customer portals and additional AI-powered features.</p><p>The product could initially target sole traders and small businesses such as plumbers, electricians, builders, decorators and landscapers, before expanding into larger trade teams or international markets.</p><p>The core product, branding, domain and live deployment are already in place, allowing a buyer to focus on improving the infrastructure, adding monetisation and acquiring customers rather than starting from scratch.</p>
