Drag-and-drop seating charts with RSVPs, invitations and QR check-in
SeatPlanning is a drag-and-drop seating chart maker for weddings, corporate events, conferences and classrooms. Place round, rectangular and serpentine tables on a canvas, drag guests onto seats, and group families or teams together. When the plan is done, export a print-ready PDF or an Excel guest list. It also handles the rest of the seating job: collect RSVPs with custom questions, send email invitations, and scan guests in at the door with QR check-in. Invite teammates or your client to edit the same chart. What makes it different: the whole workflow in one place (layout, guest list, RSVPs, invitations and check-in), no sales calls and no annual contract, a $29 one-off Event Pass for a single event instead of a subscription, plans for professional planners managing many client events, and five languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Romanian).
