About kontrl.io
Enterprise GCP platform with a live AI SaaS and a human-gated agent workflow
kontrl.io is a production SaaS platform built solo to enterprise standards, from the Google Cloud organisation up. On top runs a complete AI productivity product with accounts and billing, proving the whole stack works end to end. The landing zone Google Cloud organisation modelled on Google's enterprise foundations blueprint and built to the CIS benchmark Organisation policies, least-privilege IAM through groups, short-lived identities and no standing admin access VPC Service Controls around data services, Shared VPC, and central tamper-protected audit logs Separate dev, UAT and prod environments, each with isolated infrastructure The platform Each tool runs as its own Cloud Run service behind API Gateway and scales to zero when idle Firebase Hosting and Auth, Gemini via Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Document AI for uploads and OCR Fully automated pipelines with testing and security scanning; nothing is deployed by hand SLOs defined in code, monitoring and alerting to Slack, and budget alerts Everything is code, including infrastructure, access, user accounts and the GitHub organisation. The whole estate can be rebuilt from the repositories. The product Seven tools: Contract Checker, Document Summariser, Meeting Notes, Email Responder, Tone Analysis, Tone Rewriting, and a daily game, Coffee Break Chronicles Stripe subscriptions (Free, Basic and Pro) plus prepaid pay-as-you-go credits, with usage limits per plan Verified sign-up, Google sign-in, reCAPTCHA-backed App Check, and PDF and Word exports The agentic engineering workflow A request in Slack or a GitHub issue becomes a ticket. An agent plans it, a human approves the plan, coding agents build and test it in isolation, a reviewer agent checks the PR, and a human merges. Custom Claude Code plugin harness, a custom MCP server over the project docs, and guardrails as code Agents decline vague requests rather than guess What's included Full source code and infrastructure as code, the kontrl.io domain and mail, the GitHub organisation, the Slack workspace, the AI engineering system, and the operating handbook (ADRs, incident and break-glass runbooks, onboarding, risk register, roadmap). Plus 2 weeks of handover support. Running cost About £2/month at idle. Nine months in production cost about £15 in total. Status Live and fully functional. Pre-revenue, with no meaningful user base yet. Billing, subscription tiers and usage limits are already in place, so it's ready to become an income stream for a buyer who brings an audience or distribution.

Billing, subscription tiers and usage limits are already live, so new users can start paying from day one.</li><li data-list="bullet"><strong>Grow the SaaS product.</strong> Sharpen the positioning, target a niche audience, and lean into the tools that get the most use.</li><li data-list="bullet"><strong>Build on it.</strong> Add features and new tools.
