Assist Platform Enterprise is a live Australian multi-brand software platform for the caravan, towing and trailer assistance markets. It comprises three public brands: VanAssist, TowSmart and TrailerWise. Shared capabilities include administration, structured provider and location data, search, AI-assisted search, user and provider workflows, operational controls and documented deployment processes. The sale package also includes Assist RIC software, configuration, transferable data and documentation only; no computer hardware is included. Current position: • Three live public websites • Early-stage and currently pre-revenue • Revenue and profit: A$0 • Operating costs: approximately A$50 per month, excluding variable AI/API usage, transaction fees, marketing, accounting and owner labour • Asking price: A$105,000 negotiable • One owner-operator The owner is consolidating projects and is open to transferring the platform to a buyer able to commercialise and grow it. The opportunity may suit an automotive, roadside-assistance, caravan, towing or trailer organisation, software company, agency, developer or investor. The proposed sale can include the three brand domains, associated social-media accounts, source code, platform configuration, documentation and deployment assets where transferable. All assets, intellectual-property position, domains, hosting, repositories, data, social accounts, infrastructure and third-party services remain subject to buyer due diligence and agreed transaction terms. Only assets specifically listed in the final sale agreement would transfer.
