Final transfer remains subject to ownership, licensing, platform-account and domain arrangements agreed during diligence.Production work still requiredA live real-estate product requires authenticated and verified customers, owners, landlords, agents, brokers and property managers; role and organization authorization; a production database; caching and queues; secure object storage and media moderation; email/SMS and consent management; real listing publication and moderation; geospatial search/maps where appropriate; identity and contact verification; fraud and impersonation response; visit availability and booking controls; application, offer, lease or sale workflows; document signing and retention; title, lien, tax, condo and permit integrations where required; payment/deposit policies and payment processing if in scope; privacy export/deletion; audit logs; backups; disaster recovery; monitoring; incident response; accessibility, security and legal review; customer support and dispute handling. No AI integration is currently implemented or required; any future AI feature should be separately scoped, disclosed and reviewed.Licensing and provenanceThe clean-room CedarKey release excludes the embedded history of an earlier third-party tutorial repository and documents provenance in NOTICE and audit materials. The historical package did not contain the licence file its README claimed. Buyers should review the clean-room implementation, included notices and transfer rights during diligence; no unverified third-party licence is represented as part of this sale.Reason for sellingThe seller is focusing on other projects and wants a buyer to take this carefully designed property-technology foundation through backend integration, market validation, compliance planning and commercialization.Handover and supportIncludes a repository and deployment walkthrough, architecture and environment guidance, assistance transferring agreed source and assets, and up to 14 days of reasonable email support for setup and clarification after closing. New feature development, third-party charges, custom data migration, legal/compliance work and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless separately agreed.
