Multilingual restaurant SaaS for menus, QR, reservations and WhatsApp automation

RistoSmart FM Menu is a production-ready multilingual SaaS platform for restaurants. It allows businesses to create and publish digital menus, wine lists, daily menus and ready-made event menus, with permanent QR codes, professional PDFs and multilingual content. The platform also includes online reservations, automatic table assignment, dining-room/table management, customer CRM and communication tools. An optional WhatsApp Booking Secretary via Meta Cloud API can receive booking requests, check availability, assign a table and confirm reservations automatically. The user interface supports Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese, while menu content can be translated into 25 languages. The platform includes Free and Premium plans, Stripe subscription infrastructure, licensing, OpenAI-assisted translations and a responsive web interface. The product is currently online, pre-revenue and has never been commercially launched or advertised. I am looking for a commercial partner, licensing partner or potential acquirer capable of bringing the product to market.

Next step: <p>The main growth opportunity is commercial execution. The product is already built and online, but it has not yet been actively marketed. A buyer or commercial partner can grow it by targeting restaurants, hotels, cafés and hospitality businesses, building reseller or agency partnerships, running direct sales and digital marketing campaigns, and expanding distribution across multiple countries. The platform already supports 6 interface languages and 25+ menu translation languages, which makes international expansion possible without rebuilding the product. Additional growth can come from strengthening the Premium offer, developing the WhatsApp booking automation, expanding CRM and communication tools, and cross-selling related restaurant-management services.</p>

Preferred structure is an exclusive commercial license with an upfront fee of €7,500 plus 10% ongoing revenue share. Three months of founder onboarding and transition support are included. A full acquisition of RistoSmart FM Menu can also be discussed separately. The main ristosmartfm.app domain and the broader RistoSmart FM brand are not automatically included in a Menu-only transaction. Brand, subdomain transition and other related assets can be negotiated depending on the deal structure.

I feel that the project requires skills that I do not necessarily have and would like to see someone else take over.
