The buyer will also receive support with the initial setup, configuration and deployment process for an agreed period after the sale. Only project-related and non-sensitive data will be transferred. Personal data from beta testers will be removed or handled according to applicable privacy requirements.
Reason for Selling
I developed FloripaNight independently as a solo founder and completed a functional beta version of the platform. However, acquiring event organizers and building the commercial network required to grow the project demands more time, capital and industry connections than I can currently dedicate to it. I am looking for a buyer who has experience, resources or an existing network in the events, nightlife, ticketing or entertainment market and can take the platform to its next stage. The decision to sell is not due to a technical limitation. The project is being sold because I want it to continue with someone better positioned to launch and scale it commercially.
