Business Development Agent - Sell Project

Business Development Agent (BDA) is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to help home service businesses capture more leads, answer customer questions, and automate quote requests directly from their website. The platform provides an embeddable AI website widget that acts as a virtual sales representative for contractors. Instead of relying on customers to fill out generic contact forms or wait for a callback, businesses can engage visitors instantly, collect project details, qualify leads, and provide estimate ranges based on the company's services and pricing rules. BDA is built with a multi-tenant SaaS architecture, allowing multiple businesses to create their own profiles, configure services, define pricing logic, customize estimate settings, and deploy their own AI assistant. Key features include: AI-powered customer conversations and lead qualification Website-embedded chat widget Custom business profiles and service configuration Dynamic estimate generation based on business pricing rules Customer information capture and lead notifications Subscription-ready SaaS billing infrastructure Admin dashboard for managing business settings The product targets the large and underserved home services market, including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and other local contractors. These businesses often lose potential customers due to slow response times and inefficient intake processes. BDA is currently at the MVP stage with the core product built and ready for customer acquisition. A new owner could immediately focus on sales, partnerships, and onboarding businesses into a recurring subscription model. The opportunity is ideal for someone interested in AI SaaS, vertical software, or acquiring a foundation that can be expanded into a larger sales automation platform for local businesses.
