About bargainai-whatsapp

AI agent that negotiates prices with customers on WhatsApp in Hinglish and closes deals

BargainAI — WhatsApp price-negotiation AI for Indian D2C brands (FastAPI + fine-tuned MuRIL + Claude Haiku + Shopify) An AI agent that haggles with customers on WhatsApp in Hinglish, then closes the deal by auto-generating a Shopify discount code. The core is a fine-tuned MuRIL classifier (80.5% accuracy) for Hinglish intent detection, plus a price-safety architecture where the LLM only emits an {OFFER} placeholder — deterministic code substitutes the floor-clamped price, so the AI can never undercut the seller's minimum.
