Reason for selling
Hello. I built UBlocks solo, alongside medical school, because I wanted a clean, well-made block puzzle game that didn't feel like every other bloated puzzle app on the stores. It's a React Native app, live on both iOS and Android. I didn't have a viral moment or a big launch spike — this was built quietly, iterated on version by version (currently on 1.6.0), with real engineering discipline behind it: 462 passing tests, an OTA-updatable feature flag system so I can tune gameplay/UI without shipping a new build, and full PostHog analytics wired in from day one. The user base is small, but genuinely sticky — WAU/MAU sits around 78%, meaning the people who play, keep playing. I'm not going to oversell this as a cash-flowing business, because it isn't one yet. Monetization is early — real purchases exist (Pro Lifetime, a cosmetic theme, one yearly subscriber) but the volume is low. What you're buying is a finished, tested, live product with real store presence and a solid technical foundation — not an income stream. Why I'm selling: I'm a full-time med student running this alone, and I can't give it the attention it needs to actually grow. Someone with more bandwidth for user acquisition and finishing the ad-network integration could take this much further than I can right now. I'm looking for: a) Someone who's actually built or shipped a mobile app before — you'll get it faster and won't need much hand-holding on the codebase. b) Someone who wants to move quickly. I need cash soon, so I'd rather close with a serious buyer this week than negotiate for a month. Asking price: $900, open to reasonable offers. Technical details: React Native, AdMob configured with mediation (Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, Meta, Pangle set up in console — adapter SDKs not yet integrated into the build, that's a native build task for whoever takes it on), PostHog analytics, OTA feature flags. Known issues, no sugarcoating: 32% of users hit at least one crash, D1 retention is weak, and the medi...
