Describe your productIurista is a complete legal time-automation engine that automatically captures billable work from emails (Gmail/Outlook), calendar events, mobile and landline call logs, and document-editing activity. It generates accurate time reports for billing and can run either as an on-premise Docker service or as a desktop JavaFX installer hosting the backend and UI locally. The system includes reporting, multi-user authentication, email/calendar integrations, phone log processing, document analysis, and built-in licensing.Why are you selling the business? I am a developer without the time or commercial capacity to bring the product to market. The system was built to production standards and used in a law-firm environment, but I am unable to pursue sales and business development.
