Detailed Description

Goal

Reduce time spent on:

  • ・searching for job offers,
  • ・reading through job offers,
  • ・clicking over recruitment forms,
  • ・adjusting the emails,

Overall:

  • ・reduce stress and save time,
  • ・change the approach to recruitment process,

Reasons

“I was getting frustrated of how long it takes to find job offers, apply on them, build up CV, or email, and then for each offer change the content of email to make it match the applied position. It was pure waste of time. Hours & weeks getting wasted. You go over hundreds of job offers, just to find the very few ones that match. You finally send the emails, and then silence... for weeks, months - they barely reply at all.”

“Companies barely reply on job applications, recruiters barely come back with feedback at all. Even if You do get a response, how many of these are 'no thanks'. This brought me to simple conclusion over the years: 'If they play this way then lets play their game, no more wasting time, i will spam them all and i just won't care'”.

The target audience

  • ・any kind of people (at least the ones who can use pc or phone), but mostly the ones who are lazy and annoyed with recruitment process, or just want to save time,

How does this all works like

  • ・user registers and logs-in,
  • ・user pays for internally used currency (charges up the internal account),
  • ・user visits the search page and provides necessary criteria:
  • ・country (via select),
  • ・location name (city)
  • ・max distance (from city),
  • ・keywords,
  • ・the search process begins in background,
  • ・notification is sent when search process is over,
  • ・user prepares application email template (or uses prebuild one),
  • ・search results are:
  • ・finished with success,
  • ・job offers can be filtered, keywords highlighted, applications can be sent,
  • ・finishes with failure / partial success,
  • ・founds are getting returned (fully or partially),

Other

I've got prepared 10 pages PDF with the necessary information. Can provide that if someone is interested (also explains the gray-zone) issue.

The costs are high because I've spent alot of time over the years to make this work out. So I'm selling my time and idea here.
