I am selling this project because I feel that the project requires skills that I do not necessarily have and would like to see someone else take over. Our original goal after a complex 6-month development period was to try to implement sales processes and grow the company into a market leader. We have decided to exit since both partners have no previous sales experience, and full-time PE jobs that don't allow us to spend the necessary time to create and manage sales channels. We believe the company is now at a point where it can be taken over and grown into a market leader with the proper time and attention.
