The news system has the user-friendly easy-to-navigate catchy modern interface (we want the world to forget about the websites built in 90's). It has custom code which gives not only speed, but also a full flexibility. You can make changes to this system as you want. So basically with some development work you can turn it into something special for you (concerning future perspective and your unique needs). The site can have paid subscriptions and ad monetization (it's not included in this version of the website). That's how we see the possible monetization system to be added in the future releases. You are free to choose how it should be implemented.

The latest technology stack has been used. The UI side is implemented with Angular 12.1.1 and the back-end side - with Python/Django and PostgreSQL for database. That's a Progressive Web Application (PWA), which can be installed to your phone and used the similar way as the native app.

The website has fast load and response time and great performance characteristics in general (that can be measured). Current server location - Oregon (USA). From the technical view, a solid database structure and a proper architecture are designed, so that it gives easier scale opportunities. The modern code style guide has been applied which undoubtedly results in cheaper website maintenance.

We guarantee the code quality of this system, so we offer a warranty for this codebase. Details will be discussed personally.

Here is a brief description of the implemented features:

Authorization-related logic:

 - Create an account with the data needed

 - Log in to the account

 - Reset password via email link

 - Confirm the email

Authorization is realized in two different ways in order to improve UX. It has separate full window pages with a logic mentioned above and the restriction popup which appears when a user performs an action which requires more access rights. That also simplifies login and registration to the system.

Profile-related logic, which allows a user to:

 - visit the profile by human-readable slug link

 - edit the profile

 - write a review and read current reviews

 - check user followers and following list

 - see user posts list

Profile page is a public one and open to search engine crawlers.

Post creation logic:

A user can create 2 types of posts: articles and polls. an article gives opportunity to create content with rich text editor and attach image or video to the content. We support YouTube/Vimeo video links in this version, they are converted to YouTube/Vimeo players with a respective facade preview in order to optimize performance. Another one is a poll which supports up to 10 options.

A user also has a possibility to edit their articles.

Posts are accessible via profile, newsfeed and standalone post pages. Newsfeed is realized via endless scroll grid and designed to show most upvoted and fresh content first. It is not only a preview list as it allows to perform a lot of post related actions directly, such as:

 - upvote post

 - share post to twitter or facebook

 - edit the post, which will link user to a corresponding page

 - delete the post

 - report the post

That's the complete MVP set. So that you can start using it and attracting your audience shortly after the purchase. We are not selling a domain, but the source code as it's our intellectual property. Further deployment to your server will be done for free.
