Detailed Description
I had 6 months between jobs so I put together a small team and launched this game. Since 2 years it's running strong with amazing retention. We're talking AAA studio retention metrics that teams 50+ have a hard time to achieve. We're talking about 10,000+ games played for some players.
But since my new job, I haven't taken time to invest in the project. Yes, downloads and retention remains high. There is so much untapped potential here, it's crazy.
This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to rebrand the game and target different audiences. You Right now we launched the game in a specific market and have great ASO. The game can be expanded into other regional or interest markets, the game can also compete strongly as one brand worldwide.
There are many opportunities to also sell the game as an asset which could be quite interesting. Absolutely no other pool asset has the strong features we have (no asset period).
The game is engineered with AAA studio quality in mind. For example, analytics are passed through Firebase and all connected to Google Analytics and BigQuery (all this using free tiers, btw). Which means we have some algorithms running through the user cohorts and for example triggering the right push notifications for users likely to churn. The setup runs, you don't need to invest anything here other than your time to analyze the data and tune the game as you wish based on advanced telemetry.
There are alot of key features such as live tournaments, live chat, 24/7 you always have a player to play against, deep monetization with cues, coins and new player bonuses.
