There are many variations on this platform. From registering an account to your own administration page. First things first: the whole platform concept was developed with ONLY ONE THING in mind: full user privacy! Meaning, that there is no sensitive data asked when joining and using it! Nothing more than an email address (which nowadays is not even a "private information")! No real names, no profile picture, no telephone, no address, no country, no city ...! We don't care about "statistics", "profiling" and so on, like ALL other social network platforms do.ø All your data (username, mail address, private messages and extra fields) on your settings admin dashboard are completely to 100% encrypted! Meaning that IF someone get his hands on our DB, it won't be able to open it without the key (which is about 100 characters long)!@ We don't want to use real names at FRenca, but "nicknames" (or "usernames"). You can use them, but we strongly encourage you don't. By registering an account at FRenca, you'll be granted an "username". By giving it to someone, you should be sure you know that person in real life (a team mate from work, a relative, a friend etc.). Moreover: you have to give your username to your friends on the classic way (personal, by sms or any other communication way). Nobody will be aware that you're behind your desired chosen "nickname", unless you make it known. Or, you can simply share your username to someone on the usual an classic way: share link. @Public, private or closed GROUPS! And, each group has its own live chat! You, as group owner, can switch the chat on / off! The "closed groups" can't be joined - users can ONLY join if they get an invitation from the owner! You can use the function of approving members manually (public and private groups) or you can simply let them join. All groups have chat function as well!@You can't just simply use the private messenger; if you follow someone, then he/she needs to follow you back to be able to exchange private messages! Nobody will bother you with unwanted messages, like on all other social networks, except messages coming from marketplace.@Add a voice note in private messenger.@Add your own slogan (motto) and your own daily mood! You can also add your own cover image on your profile page. And, your avatar icon (we don't encourage using your face photo, therefore this function is disabled and you can use cover function for that).@Login with google directly! @Your own page and dashboard. History, activity, comments, settings for newsletter and more.@No annoying advertising! No ads. Post promotion is the only monetization (at this moment) and is done on front page and single page.@There is also a GOLD membership ongoing which will prevent some features to be used unless the membership has been purchased. You can play with the amount however you want. @Upload your audio file, image, video. However, be sure you are entitled with license rights by doing it! Sharing them from another platforms is ok. And keep in mind that for the moment, only 150Mb per file is allowed. It can be later changed once you move to much higher performance servers. @At this moment we decided NOT to use any apps, neither for AppStore nor Google Play. You can use our PWA, which is far more efficient as a native app - will take only about 400Kb space and will self-install based on your desired and more used mobile browser. For example: I use Brave (android) and FRenca starts as an app in the browser background. As easy as it gets.@And so many more ... just join and discover yourself.
