About Aesthetic & Laser Clinic CRM — Multi-Clinic SaaS with Marketing
CRM for laser & beauty clinics: rooms, machines, packages, consent, marketing
A self-hosted, multi-clinic management platform built specifically for aesthetic and laser hair-removal centres. Generic salon software does not understand that a laser session needs a free practitioner, a free room and a free machine at the same time. This CRM does: the calendar checks all three, calculates the duration and suggests open slots. Each treatment session can record technical parameters (fluence, spot size, pulse), before/after photos and products used. Clinics sell session packages that are deducted automatically, track stock with minimum levels, suppliers and purchase orders, and close the cash desk daily by payment method and staff member. Customer records include Fitzpatrick skin type, communication and image-use permissions, and GDPR erasure that anonymises data and deletes photos. Consent is signed on a tablet with laser-specific screening questions and a finger signature, then stored as a PDF. A marketing module finds customers who are due to come back, builds campaigns by segment (inactive clients, packages about to expire, birthdays), schedules Instagram and Facebook posts, creates ready-to-share before/after images and sends WhatsApp reminders and automatic replies. Every clinic also gets a public website: services and prices, before/after gallery (only with consent), locations with map and opening hours, a 3-step booking form and local SEO markup, in up to four languages. One installation hosts many clinics with isolated data, self-service signup and a configurable free trial; when the trial ends the clinic keeps read access until the operator activates it. Stack: FastAPI, React + TypeScript and PostgreSQL in Docker. A live demo is online. Important limitations: generated consent PDFs (which can contain health information) are not encrypted at rest in the current version; they are served only to logged-in users but are stored unencrypted in the media volume. Use with real patient data is not recommended until the operator implements encrypted storage, access controls and backups appropriate to its legal obligations. Instagram/Facebook publishing requires the buyer's own Meta app and approved permissions, and WhatsApp/SMTP require the buyer's own provider credentials. Clinic activation after the trial is manual (no built-in subscription billing). This product is built on the same technical core as the seller's CRM Tattoo product. The licence is non-exclusive, and the exact scope of rights (including any exclusivity, if ever offered) must be defined in the written licence agreement. Pre-revenue: no customers or revenue are claimed. No patient data is included. This is not medical-device software and does not provide clinical advice; it records information entered by the clinic. The operator must assess applicable data-protection and regulatory obligations before production use. SideProjectors non-exclusive licence guidance: EUR 990 + VAT, including 2 hours of onboarding and 30 days of email support. A separate direct white-label commercial offer is EUR 1,900 + VAT, with optional maintenance at EUR 99/month; a combined Tattoo + Estética offer is EUR 3,200 + VAT. Licence tiers: the SideProjectors licence (EUR 990 + VAT) covers the source code so the buyer can deploy and operate its own platform (including onboarding and charging its own clinics), with the onboarding and email support stated above. It does not include the right to resell, sublicense or redistribute the software, or installations of it, to other businesses. The direct white-label offer (EUR 1,900 + VAT) adds the right to deliver branded installations to the buyer's own business clients (for example as a distributor of aesthetic equipment or products), deployment and branding carried out by the seller, and priority support; optional maintenance is EUR 99/month. Final terms are set in the written licence agreement. Next step: <p>A buyer can deploy the application on their own VPS, configure their brand and clinic subdomains, set the trial period and manage clinic activation from the superadmin panel. They can configure SMTP and WhatsApp with their own provider credentials and connect their own approved Meta app for Instagram/Facebook publishing. Stripe subscription billing is not included; clinic activation after the trial is manual. The demo is at https://clinicas.tecnologiaalcala.com.</p>

What's included
Source code
The non-exclusive SideProjectors licence (for the buyer's own installation; resale under the buyer's brand is covered by the separate direct white-label offer) includes the Git repository (source code with its development history), Dockerfile and Docker Compose setup, README, technical specification, commercial materials and template contracts. It also includes 2 hours of onboarding and 30 days of email support for bugs. No patient data, domain, clinic accounts or third-party credentials are included.
Reason for selling
I develop and license reusable software products. This listing offers a non-exclusive licence so that a buyer (agency, developer or business operator) can deploy, adapt and run its own installation. Support beyond the included onboarding can be discussed separately.
