Seeding Ledger is a simple tracker for product gifted to creators. It records who got what and what it cost (product plus shipping), moves each creator through to send, shipped, delivered, then posted or ghosted, and works out cost per post and the return from discount-code sales by product. It also flags creators who haven't posted after 10+ days so you can follow up. It replaces the gifting spreadsheet for small brands. Brands gifting 10-50 units a month have no simple ledger that ties product cost and shipping to posts and code sales. Included: full Floot project and source code; brand name, design and all page copy; the pipeline, cost and return logic.
