Restock Runway - Sell Project

About Restock Runway
Days of cover and a reorder list with draft POs for small Shopify stores
Restock Runway shows how many days of stock each SKU has left, based on recent sales and the supplier's lead time. It tells you when to reorder and how many, rounded up to case packs, and builds a draft purchase order grouped by supplier that you can export as CSV. It's the morning reorder list, without a planning suite. Live site: https://restock-runway.floot.app (product page), https://restock-runway.floot.app/demo (sample-mode demo), https://restock-runway.floot.app/buyers (buyer info) What works today: Runway table: on hand, sales per day (last 28 days), days of cover, reorder point, and reorder date or days overdue Cover bars with a reorder-point tick, so risk is visible at a glance Per-supplier lead times, plus global safety-stock and target-cover settings; the list rebuilds live Suggested quantities rounded up to supplier case packs Draft purchase orders grouped by supplier, with line totals and CSV export (made in the browser) Product landing page, buyer page and a guided sample demo with reset; mobile-friendly layout The gap: Shopify retired its free Stocky app in 2026 (delisted Feb 2026, shut down 31 Aug 2026), and the native admin has no low-stock list or forecasting. The replacements are planning suites (Prediko from about $49/mo up to about $349, Fabrikator from about $99/mo, Inventory Planner by quote). Small stores with a few dozen SKUs want a simple "what do I order today" list at a small flat price. (Stocky dates and competitor prices checked 1 Nov 2026; please recheck.) Included: full Floot project and source code; brand name, design and all page copy; the cover, reorder and case-pack logic. Not included: domain, customers, revenue, mailing list or social accounts, Shopify App Store listing, live store connection (the demo uses sample data in the browser). Running costs: low. Front end only today, with no paid APIs or third-party subscriptions. Growth ideas: pull inventory levels and 28-day sales from Shopify; email the reorder list each morning; add sign-up and billing at a flat $15-$29/mo aimed at former Stocky users; list on the Shopify App Store. Honest notes: no customers and no revenue yet. You're buying a working product and a head start, not a business with traction. Forecasts use a simple recent-velocity average and don't model seasonality or promotions yet. Not affiliated with Shopify, Stocky or any supplier.
