Next step: <p>The buyer can take advantage of three existing retail software products and their technical foundations rather than starting development from scratch.</p><p><strong>1. Commercialize the existing products</strong></p><p>Prepare the current Windows applications for wider distribution, complete any remaining operational checks, and launch them through existing retail software sales channels.</p><p><strong>2. Integrate them into an existing software business</strong></p><ol><li data-list="bullet">PlanCaisse can complement workforce scheduling and retail management solutions.</li><li data-list="bullet">Alertarif can be integrated into POS and retail analytics ecosystems.</li><li data-list="bullet">PlanFlux can extend workforce management offerings with cross-department support tracking.</li></ol><p><strong>3. Expand integrations and international reach</strong></p><p>The products already provide French and English language support, with localization coverage varying by application. A buyer could complete remaining translations, adapt business rules for additional markets, and develop new POS integrations.</p><p><strong>4. Build recurring revenue</strong></p><p>The existing licensing and subscription infrastructure provides a technical foundation for subscription-based business models, subject to the buyer's commercial validation and deployment work.</p><p><strong>5. Reuse the underlying technology</strong></p><p>The buyer may also adapt the scheduling engine, price-monitoring logic, workforce tracking features, and supporting backend components for other commercial applications, within the rights acquired.</p><p><strong>Acquisition advantage:</strong> Three existing codebases, specialized retail business logic, technical documentation, and automated tests — allowing a buyer to focus on product integration, commercialization, and further development.</p><p>No customer acquisition, profitability, or future revenue is guaranteed.</p>

Source code, All related design work
The acquisition includes the three existing software products — PlanCaisse, Alertarif and PlanFlux — in their current condition. Included, subject to a final agreed asset inventory: Complete seller-owned application source code and relevant repository history. Business logic, backend services, database schemas and migration scripts. Windows application packaging and build configurations. Available technical documentation, automated tests and deployment instructions. Seller-owned product-specific designs and visual assets. Assignment of the seller-owned, transferable commercial exploitation rights, including rights to modify, distribute and commercially exploit the agreed software assets. Shared components and third-party dependencies will be clearly identified and covered by appropriate assignment or licensing terms. Excluded by default: the f-buisson.com domain and parent brand, personal accounts, production credentials, customer data, live databases, hosting contracts and third-party subscriptions. The products are sold as-is. Any technical handover or additional support will be agreed separately in writing.
Reason for selling
I am an independent software developer and have built three specialized retail software products. The applications have reached a stage where an established software publisher or technology company would be better positioned to handle distribution, customer acquisition and long-term commercialization. I have decided to focus on other projects and would prefer to transfer these existing software assets to a buyer who can continue developing and commercializing them. The sale is motivated by a change in personal priorities, not by a known fundamental failure of the products.
