iOS and Android finance app with AI bookkeeping and multi-currency wallets
AcisKu is an iOS and Android finance app offered for an outright acquisition. Asking price: IDR 78 million, negotiable (approximately USD 4,300). The final asset schedule and transaction currency will be agreed in writing. Users can keep separate wallets in different currencies, record income and expenses, scan receipts, track debts and instalments, set savings goals, and manage group dues. Its AI agent can read supported app data and prepare changes for review before saving. A task can include up to three mixed image/document attachments. The proposed package includes seller-owned mobile, API, backoffice and website source, the AcisKu brand and acisku.com domain, operating documentation, and existing Store listings through official transfer procedures where eligible. The runtime uses Cloudflare Workers and D1; mobile uses React Native with Kotlin and Swift integrations. This is an early-stage product acquisition, not a guaranteed-income offer. Revenue, expenses, user retention, Store transfer eligibility and third-party licences require buyer due diligence. Demo screenshots use synthetic data and show an Android audit build. The latest iOS update remains under Store review; release status will be rechecked before handover. Personal accounts and third-party credentials are not included as blanket account transfers. Message me for the product demo and a proposed handover scope.
Next step:
Measure onboarding and retention; improve the first wallet and first AI task experience; test localized Store listings; and demonstrate group-dues workflows to community treasurers. These are possible growth experiments, not revenue forecasts.
