SkyNetAI is a pre-revenue AI web application offered as a whole-project source acquisition. It combines GPT, Claude and automatic model routing with conversation history, project workspaces and user-controlled memory. Price is available on request. CORE IDEA AI work often spans multiple requests, documents and decisions. SkyNetAI assembles relevant context for the next request and separates three scopes: the current conversation, a specific project and the account. Users can inspect memory topics and their sources, update decisions, pause memory or clear it. Context selection is budget-limited; it is not a proprietary trained model or a promise of perfect recall. FUNCTIONAL SCOPE • Chat: streamed replies, model selection, cancellation, retry, message editing, conversation versions, search, drafts and feedback. • Memory: conversation summaries and retrieval of earlier episodes; account preferences and facts with sources; project-specific instructions, chats, files and decisions. Temporary conversations and project boundaries have separate handling. • Projects and documents: project chat organization, pinned instructions, PDF/DOCX text extraction, relevant-fragment retrieval and an optional semantic index. • Project agent: reads and search within a project, proposed file changes, previews, batch or individual approval, rejection and rollback. • Subscriptions: plans, weekly budgets, token and provider-cost accounting, payment history, Robokassa integration, repeated-notification handling and refund operations. • Administration: user and access management, sessions, reports, diagnostics, admin MFA and network controls. • Operations: migrations, background jobs, backups, Docker/Nginx configuration, dependency lockfile and SBOM. TECHNOLOGY Frontend: HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript, with lazy modules and streamed rendering. Backend: Node.js 22.16+, CommonJS, standard HTTP server and SSE. Data/infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis and S3-compatible storage adapters; a local development mode is available. Integrations: OpenAI and Anthropic provider adapters; Google, Yandex and VK OAuth; Robokassa; pdf-parse and Mammoth document extraction. Deployment assets: Docker, Nginx, ClamAV configuration and Node-based checks. SOURCE DELIVERY AND VALIDATION The prepared source archive includes frontend and backend code, integration modules, migrations, pinned dependencies, declared npm licenses, SBOM, tests, acceptance reports, checksums and handover documentation. A clean extraction passed 153 regression commands and eight browser scenarios. A separate memory audit passed 22 scenarios. These are local engineering checks with mocked provider responses, not customer metrics, independent certification or live-model accuracy scores. CURRENT STATUS No revenue is claimed. Paying customers, traffic, profit and monthly operating expenses have not been verified. Live AI providers, OAuth, acquiring, production load and PostgreSQL/Redis/S3 infrastructure require configuration and acceptance in the buyer's environment. The public demo uses browser-local data and scripted responses; server-side changes and real payments are disabled.
