Hyred started from a pattern we kept seeing in Indonesia: students and fresh graduates sending dozens of applications and hearing nothing, often because an applicant tracking system dropped the CV before a recruiter read it. Upload a PDF CV and Hyred's AI grades it against recruiter criteria in about two minutes. You get a score and a specific list of fixes: missing role keywords, achievement lines that only list duties, and layouts that ATS parsers misread. The first review is free. Paid upgrades are one-time payments that rewrite the CV, tailor the CV, LinkedIn profile and cover letter to target roles, and add mock interview practice.
